Top Standard & Wild Legend Decks – Festival of Legends (Audiopocalypse) Week 8 – June 2023

The Audiopocalypse mini-set was released on Wednesday, so I had less time to gather new decks. Next week, once players have enough time to playtest new stuff, should be more interesting.

As for the mini-set – I think it’s a positive surprise. Players’ feelings before release were rather negative, most didn’t think that it was going to be impactful and that most of the cards would be unplayable. As it turned out, a bunch of them are actually quite strong. Around half of the mini-set looks to be playable, and some of the cards might even be borderline broken (Horn of the Windlord and Jam Session in Standard, or Funnel Cake in Wild). That’s definitely not a bad score. However, instead of “activating” new archetypes, the mini-set mostly improved already existing ones. It’s not necessarily bad, mini-sets generally don’t try to push completely new archetypes and it still refreshed the meta a bit.

It’s too early to fully judge its effects on the meta just yet, but if you want to read an early analysis, Old Guardian wrote an article for us yesterday. I’ll be working on a Tier List update in a few days too, so stay tuned.

Below, you will find a full list of the Legend decks from last week, sorted by the highest placement.

the deck codes do not show what E.T.C. Band Manager can discover.

    are there any standard configurations?

Sorry, we still don’t have a way to display ETC’s band in deck lists.

But if you click on any of the deck names and go to that deck’s page, a full ETC sideboard is in the deck’s description!
