Read it wrong. It's not giving any minion +10 attack, it gives your hero +10 attack & Can't attack hero.
Probably not that useful. Unless you got immunity.

Although in some instance, you could use Soulbound Ashtongue ability to deal 20 damage to enemy.
Play Soulbound, play Silas, Play 2xHIVH. Total 10 mana.

I'm calling it now, somewhere down the line, there's going to be really stupid OTK Combo with Hit it Very hard, either in wilds or in the future. Right now it's just a 1 mana destroy a minion. I think even with a weapon it still wouldn't work, or otherwise, it would just be really stupid.
