Ambitious Knife Jugglers sometimes graduate to Bomb Jugglers. They never last long enough to make it onto a card though.

Card Review & Interactions

  1. Knife Juggler was changed from 3 Attack to 2 Attack when the Standard Format was released on April 26th, 2016. [Source]
  2. "Knife Juggler should be a good choice in decks that play many cheap minions, but with 3 Attack, it is played almost universally. We’re reducing Knife Juggler’s Attack from 3 to 2, so this card will move into a more specialized role in the decks that include it, instead of always being among the best choices for a 2 mana-cost minion." Still useful

The Knife Juggler's EFFECT is what should have been changed, not the ATTACK. It will still deal good amounts of damage regardless and probably still a staple Zoo and Paladin card because of this. I'm not sure how you'd change the effect, I'm not a card designer but I think the less RNG the better.

One possible change would be to make it so that he could only juggle once per turn.

        I could see that working.

Or make it whenever you PLAY a minion. That way he loses Muster, implosion, and death rattle synergy

      2. jeniok

Or maybe the opposite effect.. battlecry.. get 1 juggle for each minion (or friendly minion on board). So he juggles like 5 times with his battlecry and then he's just a 2-2

  3. imaloony

The real nerf to this card was that implosion, Muster for Battle, and Haunted Creeper were all rotated out. It'll still be run in Wild as much as it was. This will certainly change its appeal in arena (No longer the best two drop period), but little has changed for this card overall.

It's ok now.... not OP anymore!
