    Arena must-have

Card just put freeze mage back on the map. Free Ice block or Ice Barrier is insane.

Seems pretty efficient to me. Not great turn 1, as you need to have a secret in hand, but a great way to get out a cheap secret later. Not sure how much play it will see with all of mage's other good 1-cost cards (Babbling Book, Arcane Missiles, Arcane Blast, etc.) but I could see use for it in a tempo or secret mage

Aracne blast will be out soon tho, so maybe

I think this card seems pretty insane. The dream curve of Kabal Lackey into a Secret, with Counterspell or Mirror Entity both being pretty strong on turn 1, into a Medivh's Valet on 2 seems great. Wether that makes up for the fact that this is a weakish card in the late game, I'm not sure, but it can definitely lead to some very strong early plays.

Seems okay, but there arent good secrets for turn 1. Mirror entity a 2 or 1 drop? Counterspell a coin? Waste 1 card slot just to play ice barrier/block turn 1? Only synergy I see is medhiv valet. It will probably be better down the line when some better secrets come out like hunter bear trap.

What Secret does Mage want to play turn 1 that they can't wait until turn 3 to play? If you want to play a minion with a Secret, why not just play Kirin Tor Mage? What makes this guy better? Kirin Tor is a bigger minion, and turn 3 is a more relevant turn to play Secrets for Mage because they counter the bigger cards. The only situation I can see this making a difference is playing a turn 1 (if going second) Spellbender against a Beast Druid to steal their Mark of Y'Shaarj from their Enchanted Raven. I can't think of many situations but maybe I'm wrong.

Not what but why man cuz u can drop mediv chosen or something like thaty next turn 2/3 dealing 3 damage and enemy is done he will flip table

it allows you to cast secrets for cheaper. Playing secrets like ice block for three mana in decks like freeze mage causes a lot of tempo loss compared playing it for 1 mana

its adding consistency to a deck that could only play one copy of the card and having the ability to make you secrets cost 1 instead of 3 is a big deal. imagine if you opponent has you at 1 health on turn 9, you can play alexstraza this and iceblock if your way behind and maybe pull out a win. its yet to be decided if this is going to be nutts card played in every deck or just a card that goes into a secret tempo deck. also this lets you play medvihs vallet on turn 2 with full value

    4. Bajillion

play this on turn 1 with a secret like ice barrier. enemy plays a 1 mana minion with 2 hp. kill it with

  6. Medivh's Valet

"Excuse me, you are on fire"

combo potential for freeze mage, alextraza and ice block on the same turn. cuts out so much complexity and you only need a one off to make it work.

Me: "Blizzard, please nerf arena mage."
    Blizz: "No."
