When you add a second concoction to your hand, they are mixed together into one card with their effects combined (but mana cost remains at 3). You can mix the same concoction twice, for example two Gleaming Concoction mixed together would draw 4 cards.
The concoction concept is brilliant! Wonder why mixing potions wasn’t executed earlier.
Hope concoctions are playable, will be fun.
