You need to consider that when you Generate a card, it ALWAYS goes to the rightest of your hand. So you will ALWAYS Guarantee an Outcast Outcast Card. This can effectively be an extra Guarantee Skull of GUl'Dan for example. That's how powerful Illiari studies is. Now the reason why I'm not giving it 5 stars, is because you are going to look for other Outcast Cards instead because can still be just as nice, like for example, generating an Eyebeam, even the Star Student herself. 4 Stars.
