This is the first card in HS history that requires to be holding 2 (specific) cards at the same time to trigger it's effect, it isn't very good against combo/control and against aggro, you are pretty much using the required spells to clear the board so yeah, I don't want to say it's terrible but it's really hard to me to consider this any good.

So, Duskbreaker came back with a +1/+1.
Duskbreaker was a 5 star Dragon becuase it was just Removal with a Body on top, and Lightmaw Netherdrake is no different. I'd even say that there's little to no difference; just a Redux idea for an earlier theme of a card that we already have.
5 Stars back then, and 5 Stars now, even for Duels.
