So, so far either only Druid or Priest can try doing and the idea of making a Boar Deck. So I wonder if there will be a new form of some sort of Exodia Style Deck with what we know of.

With enough Copies or Ressurctions, I think Oracle of Elune is actually going to be a rather interesting deck to say the least, and especially for the boars themselves, too.

This is also getting 5 Stars, but just because you can do more then just Boar, but it’s meant to spike for your tempo style.

A potent card, not the easiest to just toss in a deck though.

Oracle + Elwynn Boar + Elwynn Boar + Teron Gorefiend is scarily plausible. At 10 mana you can Broom x2 to get the sword in one turn, and clear up taunts along the way.

    Beautiful art. Dangerous effect.

Turn 1: lightning bloom – lightning bloom – oracle of elune – razormane battleguard – coin – greybough has got to be the strongest turn 1 in standard ever.

I think the coin + foxy + shadowstep+foxy+shadowstep+foxy+Edwin might be a little more broken, but really we’re splitting hairs here. Both are absurd starts to the game.

I mean in a druid deck that plays minions it’s insane right? Obvious synergy is this plus the 2/3 quillboar to cheat absurd amounts of mana. It also somehow managed to almost get premium stats so sometimes this just sticks on turn 3.

Theory meme deck, how to pull of Thousand Truth Sword in one turn.
    A. 2x Oracle of Elune, 2x Elwynn Boar, 2x Broomstick, 1x Shando Wildclaw, 11 mana. (coins, innervate or bloom optional)
(the rest of deck must have heavy draw and no other beast cards)
    B. Elwynn Boar need to cost 0 mana, hence 2x Living Seed (boar in deck) or 2x Fangbound Druid (boar in hand)

On turn 10, play both Oracle, play 1 Boar, then Broom. (trade 3x Boar with enemy)
then play another Boar, then Shando into Boar, then Broom. (trade 4x boar with enemy).

Et voila. Any suggestion is welcomed

So I might have put a little too much effort into this without seeing the other cards 😀

Hopefully we have enough draw and removal to draw combo pieces and stay alive until our 6-8 mana turn. Overgrowth helps us get there faster as well.

Combo is: Play 1x Oracle of Elune, 2x Elwynn Boar and then Teron Gorefiend to have 4 Boars die and summon 4 more when Teron is popped.
Can be 6 mana if the 2 Living Seeds have pulled Boars (only Beasts in the deck).

Can be countered with Silence (Priest spell or Ironbeak Owl which see very little play) or by clearing Teron and the 2/2 Boars and then playing weapon removal (again Priest seems the only likely one to have all of these parts at the right time, or if the meta becomes weapon heavy).

Impatient Shopkeep is useful as a 3 mana deal 3 damage to a minion or a 1 mana cycle.

Doesn’t even need to be in one turn. Honestly I was debating this deck myself as a meme but quickly realized it may be very possible…
Copying the boars via germinate, menagerie warden, and if you can give it taunt: Mark of the Spikeshell and plaguemaw (especially so if you run brooms).
The reason I point out copying them while on board is because holding back a copy in hand allows you to deal with weapon removal.

hmm, weapon removal need what, 2 mana at most (Swamp Ooze)? Thousand Truth Sword ‘destroy enemy mana crystals’ will automatically prevent any weapon removal.

Did they nerf the Gibberling to cast a card that strengthens the Gibberling?! Why doesn’t the druid class game designer create the shaman cards??

I mean we’re talking a 4 mana play, which would require either a whole bunch of lightning blooms (a problem in of itself) or be a turn 4 play that puts a 2/4 and 2 1/1s (weak turn) or turn 5 2/4 and 4 1/1s which is ok at best. Honestly if you don’t have a way of dealing with 4 1/1s by turn 5 you’re going to lose anyways.

That’s because you play in standard mode! I only play in wild mode and yes, this card is broken!

Umbral Owl, Celestial Alignment shenanigans? Off the top of my head those are the synergies that stand out, but how useful those would be is something I’m not getting just yet.

This into razormane brambleguard into just about any taunt isnt bad. Greybough turns to a 1 cost pair. As far as 6 mana combos go its isn’t too bad. Add the legendary taunt rezzing piggy before greybough dies and lots of decks would struggle. There are neutrals that arent bad either.

Hm, not bad. You could summon out two razormane battleguards, one oracle of elune, and with the discounts from the battleguards you could also pull out a 4-drop taunt(probably the 3/5 kodo). So with 5 mana you could cheat out an additional 6 mana’s worth of minions.

You could also use this card as just a good general board-filler. If you play this and enchanted raven, you get another enchanted raven for free.

But overall this card isn’t too great as a standalone card, and you’ll have to have a 2 drop or less in hand for it to work. I’m not entirely convinced that this card has what it takes to make it. 3/5
