Top Standard & Wild Legend Decks – Darkmoon Faire Week 14 – February 2021

BlizzConline 2021 happened over the last two days and we’ve got tons, and I mean TONS of Hearthstone news. They’ve announced basically everything they could and even some things we haven’t expected. We’ve learned more about upcoming Standard Year (Year of the Gryphon), Core Set, new expansion, Classic format and so on.

Oh, and a new patch was released late on Friday – it nerfed High Abbess Alura to 5 mana, which means that Ramp Paladin’s cheese combo will be much more difficult to pull off. I haven’t had enough time to really look into it and see what it means for the meta, but I imagine that Ramp Paladin’s popularity and power level will drop down. To be frank, it already wasn’t very popular in high Legend, I faced more Libram Paladins for the last 2 weeks or so. But it’s a good thing that it got hit – it was fun for some time, but cheating out a board full of Murlocs on Turn 4-5 god old really quickly. If you think that’s not enough – the deck will most likely be killed off by rotation anyway, and I think it’s fine to let it last for another month or so in its weaker state.

No meta thoughts this time, because like I’ve mentioned, I’ve been really busy. I barely managed to finish my weekly Quests. Maybe next week – but I’m not so sure given that we’re getting a full Core Set reveal.

Below, you will find a full list of the Legend decks from last week, sorted by the highest placement.
