7 Mana: Draw 5 cards, Restore 5 health to your hero, Summon a 3/5 with Taunt

Now we add a Wrath and a Crystal Power to this combo and we have basicly Ultimate Infestation!

Arcane tyrant was insane, this card is similar.

Arcane Tyrant was great even when competing with all the other really high power level cards from 2017. In 2019, this is an auto-include for Control Druid decks, 5/5

Arcane Tyrant is back, and it’s MUCH better.

Lol that’s true. Is there a meaning behind it? Mine is because I like languages (glossa means language in Greek, Lang goes for language). And I tried making it a mix of Glossa and Gosu (“skilled” in Korean).

Mine is from the TV show Angel. It just sounded funny especially every time they refer to the character. But it is supposed to mean champion.

It’s an Arcane Tyrant for Druid, expect it swaped 1 attack and health and added in with taunt. Boy is this card going to see play. If I could, I’d give it 6 Stars, because I’ve seen the horror of what Arcane Tyrant can really pull off. So, 5 Stars.

It’s a good card for druid considering if you add quest nourish will draw cards and give crystals having an *arcane tyrant* will allow you to keep from overdrawing easier. The new hidden Oasis is perfect with this as well dropping 2 taunts for 6 Mana. Also playable with 2 of the token druid deck cards and very valuable with overflow.

And if you have the quest hero power Starfall becomes a 1 Mana more upgraded swipe against minions 7 dmg to target 2 to all the other enemy minions.

I mean, arcane tyrant saw play thanks to UI, drawing 5 cards you got a really nice chance of see one or two tyrants in one drop, so maybe maybe baybe

Back when arcane tyrant was a thing, druid had good 5+ spells like ultimate infestation and 5 mana nourish. Now we only got propably decent oasis and 6 mana nourish. I think this won’t see play unless druid gets a good 5+ Spell.

With druid quest out you can cast hidden oasis for a 6/6 taunt, heal 12 and then play one or two of these for up to 12/16 tempo swing at best.. if that isn’t insane then I don’t know what is.

But druid will run out of cards…. Nope, overflow literally just fixed the only issue this could have. Overflow will also curve nicely at 7 after hidden oasis and if your taunts get a bit damaged it will also heal them (perharps even after trading) which sounds awesome. 5/5 I’m genuinely excited to try out Druid this expansion.

They realized that since arcane tyrant was basically a Druid card, that they get it right this time.

Totally true! Only Elemental/Control Mage and Ramp Druid where the only ones using Tyrant. This card seems a bit better as Tyrant. One health more and Taunt. Seems good. What really matters for Taunt cards is total health. 4/5

Very good card a must with Overflow and Nourrish. Will see play in Highlander and Constructed. 4/5.

Quest Druid is getting all necessary tools to be a Tier 1 or 2 Deck.

Well there is no spreading plague or UI so it’s just nourish and the two new spells and maybe starfall that you can even think about running with this. Maybe the twin spell card but realistically any deck running that won’t want to wait with this in hand until turn 8. And stampeding roar is just not enough value in my opinion unless some insane new beasts are printed. So while it’s clearly very powerful effect trying to build a Druid deck right now that isn’t Agro is quite difficult. They lack hard removal and AOE competitive with other control classes. And there ramp engine was nerfed significantly
