A fantastic card, will regularly be a 0 mana 3/2 on 2.

this is very good card...this(2mana)+shadowstep+this(for 0) and your next combo card have 4discount+you have 3-2 body for 2 card for 2 mana

I mean I'll gladly take a 1 mana Edwin. Even in a "worst case" scenario you discount something like Brain Freeze and win the board by killing their 2 drop.

Fantastic Rogue Card, finally! Rogue's biggest weakness was that his game usually needed 3~5 turns to warm up. This card will cure that. Galakrond Rogue and Secret Rogue will highly benefit.

That's not "next card", that's "next COMBO card".
There are not that many good and >2 mana combo cards. Basically thats only edwin, eviscerate, coerce and miscreant.

Ooooo! Okay!
You can even consider making your Vancleef even tougher, especially since you can spam Foxy Fraud with Shadowstep.
I actually like this a lot, there's a lot of ways of how you can go around with Foxy Fraud. I just hope that it's actually used, and not just something that's really cool on theory only to then not be used in gameplay.
4 Stars.
