Even just spending the full cost of 9 Mana, I would have feel for a Minion Card like that (even though, this is a spell.) 4 Stars.
i think this will be a midrange pally, and playing this in t6-7 to close the game should be pretty common
Too slow. Would have to be reduced to practically 3 or less mana. The 8/8 needs rush. Restoring 8 health is useless most of the time. Garbage.
I wouldn’t say this is to slow you have a vanilla stats 2 cost 2/3 that drops price by 1 and a decent 5 cost taunt that drops it by 2. Just from that you could play this turn 6 on a curve. That’s not taking into account drawing the other copies to reduce cost.
Then you have Lady Liadrin who when played can give you copies of this back to hand. It looks like a support for a Selfie Pally build. Which could be interesting since the current version is a bit lacking.
Its amazing given the support they printed for it. 4.5/5 because you need to discount it, but this is exactly what control pally needed.
This is busted! You can discount it down to 3! Holy cow! Its a bit slow, sure, but control style sweet. Ez clap 5/5.
So PALY has its own win condition! This will be a stable for the whole year!
Learn to read before complaining about the mana cost…you can reduce it to 7 and even lower I guess
Oh man combo this with the 2 card that reduce cost of Librams and you get this at 3 cost leaving you open to combo this with vargoth to heal for 16 total 8 random and summon 2 8/8 taunts with divine shield.
And considering you have Lady Liadrin to give copies of spells used on friendly minions you could get 2 more of these as well.
It looks like Selfie Pally might actually be alot better during this expansion with this support.
9 Mana is …uff.
I would love to see this card with 2 x 4/4 Taunts with Divine Shield.
I cant help myself, as a priest player i wouldnt play this card in my deck. There much better Cards for 9 Mana, its a complete Turn in most cases.
Letes compare this to Amber Watcher. 5 Mana 4/6 Heal for 8. This card cost 4 more for 4/2 stats + taunt and Divine Shield. But the fact that Amber watcher is playble on turn 5 while this card costs you the whole turn makes a huge difference. The Heal is the most important thing. I would definitley prefer to play a Tirion on 8 than this card on 9.
