Top Standard & Wild Legend Decks – Whizbang’s Workshop (Week 12) – June 2024

Usually, I talk a bit about the current meta here – what are the best decks, if anything has changed since last week, and so on. However, this time it would be difficult for two reasons. First – the meta hasn’t really changed. We didn’t have any balance updates and it doesn’t seem like we’ll get them before 29.6 (expansion announcement). Players haven’t discovered any meta-breakers. So the decks you face right now are pretty much the same as last week, maybe in slightly altered proportions (for example, Spell Mage is getting less popular while Reno Priest and Draw Rogue are getting more popular). And the second reason is that… I have played maybe 3 or 4 Standard games over the last week so I can’t really share my experience. I’ve been jamming Twist all week and I love it, the current mode is really fun to play. It’s still a bit imbalanced, but things are better than at launch and they should get even better after future balance adjustments.

That’s why I will just leave you with the decks. I hope to have some exciting news next time, but again, I doubt that we’ll see any balance changes until after Patch 29.6 (which hasn’t been announced yet but should drop within the next couple of weeks).

Below is a full list of the Legend decks from last week, sorted by the highest placement.
