Or you play it and on Turn 5 molten giant. It can be useful to reduce your health too, not just heal. Usefulness will depend on other cards that interact with warlock having less than 15 health.

I think Levi is exaggerating massively. Sure the card will clog up your hand until it’s reasonable to play it but under the right circumstances this is essentially an og 4 mana slef heal Alexstrasza. Will it be ran in a deck, though? Probably not. 3 stars if there will be further support for self damaging play styles or more side board cards such as etc.
One of the worst cards printed in HS history. Think of the god draw. You’ve played two blood treants and two flame imps on the first three turns. -16 health. You then play a 6/6 on turn 4 that gives you 1 health. Thats the only time it’s ever playable. At worst it’s a 6/6 that does 15 damage to your hero.
