This is effectively the Shaman version of Lunar Escaplise expect it's heal and not damage. Discounts are discounts, and discounts are nice to have. I'd consider at least 1 copy of Bracing Cold, because I don't know why, but some things telling me at the back of my head that this is going to be a 50-50 card. It's either going to be a worthless card, or it's going to be a really good cad to have.
