Probably not, but because it helps in that respect it gets a complimentary 5/5 stars from me!
Between this, Sir Finley and Plot Twist? That sounds filthy.

This is literally material for some cool math, given n number of cards in your hand and m number of cards in your deck. If you have an empty hand except for Shudderwock which then plays Finley first, you fill your hand, then shuffle it into your deck and draw the same number. If you played Ambassador Faelin before any of this, then you put the Colossals randomly into your deck as opposed to at the end, which makes for better long game.
