Indeed, but in fact it does more than copy. The text is discover a card, no a copy, so if this wording works as the 2-mana spell, in fact you steal the spell from your opponent's deck :).

Now THAT I missed. Definitely a Reno add.

In my opinion it is not only a Reno add. Even a candidate for mulligan against aggro as a control priest. Find the right board clear with an additional 2/4 Body seems to be worth it.
