Top Standard Legend Decks From Saviors of Uldum – Week 14 (November 2019)

We don’t have that many decks to share this week, because most of the players are focused on the new mode – Battlegrounds. It has launches in early access on Tuesday, but it will soon be available to everyone. While it’s not directly tied to Constructed Hearthstone and plays very differently, it was an instant hit among HS players. And for a good reason – it’s the first new play mode we’ve got ever since Tavern Brawl. It’s a good sign for the future of the game, especially since it looks like they plan to update it quite commonly. And let’s hope that it won’t be the only alternative mode for the game!

When it comes to the meta, it… yeah, it didn’t change. It’s been over a month since the Wild cards have rotated back into Standard, and with no balance changes in the meantime, most popular decks stay the same. We’re still living in the Shamanstone.  The only difference is that players have shifted towards aggressive Evolve Shaman instead of a more Midrange Quest Shaman. Earlier, the proportions were heavily in favor of Quest version – right now Quest is still more popular at lower ranks, but Evolve build has taken over the Legend rank. Other than that, Tempo Rogue seems to be best deck after Shaman builds – it shows both in terms of popularity and win rate (at least at higher ranks – Highlander Hunter is still stronger at lower ranks).

Good news is that the reveal season is coming soon. We’ve already seen a bunch of cards, but the most interesting period starts on November 21. Even though it won’t impact the meta, we’ll get a lot of interesting news and we will be able to start theorycrafting with more information.

Below, you will find a full list of the Legend decks from last week, sorted by the highest placement.

Grr… I can hardly wait for Battlegrounds to go open beta on Tuesday. I just couldn’t bring myself to spend that much cash on the pack bundles.
