Thank you Team 5 finally we get a nerfed version of unstable evolution! Just what everyone was hoping for for Shaman!

0-mana spells can be very powerful just on account of their mana cost... but I'm not seeing it for this one yet. Turn 7 Giggling Inventor into this is powerful, but I don't think it's powerful or consistent enough to be good. This could be good with more support in the future. 3/5

So is evolve shaman getting phased out dont see a lot of support this expansion, always one of my favorite decks if I wanted to let RNG take the wheel lol I'll be sad to see it go
