In a dirty rat likely matchup, you could keep it in hand, while against a rogue or another druid, you would rather draw them so these no risk of crazy mill shenanigans
You would only run 1 in a deck.

Well blizzard, you’ve done it. You managed to completely break hearthstone. Now it’s just hyper aggro and combo decks for all eternity.
