General Mulligans

try to mulligan for early mechs and wrenchcalibur, dr booms scheme is fine for opening hand and can extend the game. trying to get barista in your opening hand can control how many more bombs your putting in the oponents deck

I think it Is a bit off on curve but I am open to suggestions, maybe replace boom reaver with something cheaper
