Use 2x Play Dead, 2x Fireworks Tech, 2x Goblin Prank, 2x Terrorscale Stalker, or 1x Spiritsinger Umbra, to trigger Goblin Bomb’s death rattle. 

2x Necromechanic can allow the bombs to trigger twice dealing 4 damage instead of 2.

2x Toxmonger can allow bombs to be poisonous on board discouraging enemy to trade. 

2x Spider Bomb, 2x Wargear  Can magnetize to the bombs if left on board to give stats to attack face/trade.

1x Tol'vir Warden  allows you to draw both goblin bombs in the deck.

2x Mechanical Whelp is in the same situation as Goblin Bomb in which its death rattle can be triggered to get 7/7 mechs on the board which too can be magnetized.

If Goblin Bomb are left in the board it can reduce the cost of 2x Sea Giant.

1x Deathstalker Rexxar  is just a solid card to create minions other than the bombs.
