Agree, this and umbra will give two cards for dropping a hoarder, and two more when hoarder dies, result in four cards.
Nercomechanic is kinda similar to Baron, but with extra cost for extra values. Baron only triggers the deathrattles when the minion dies. On the other hand, this will trigger the effect once more time, despite how the first one was triggered.
Fun card i would say.

This is different from Umbra. Umbra triggers a minion’s deathrattles as that minion is summoned. This card only care about trigger a deathrattles again.
For example, if you summon Loot Hoarder while having Umbra, Umbra will trigger Loot Hoarder’s deathrattles and you will draw a card immediately. On the other hand, Necromechanic will not give you any card for summoning Loot Hoarder. However, if Hoarder’s deathrattles is triggered (by dying for example), you will draw two cards.

If the bomb doesn’t draw any replacement card afterward, this will fit into many control deck. Deny a card draw and deal damage at the same time is pretty fun. Otherwise, it will be dust
