SmartLadin, even Paladin (Around 70% winratio till legend) ~~ The Witchwood~~ April 2018

Hello guys, am Tomasz and i would like to share with u my deck, which one i used to reach legend this season, with around 70% winratio. I would like to notice that my english isnt perfect, but tried to do my best 🙂

Named this deck like this because played well, with good mulligan hand actually got chances with every deck played against,. Of course there are easier and hardest matchups, but its not like “Oh no its a priest so i lost at begin”

Ok so maybe some about mulligan and pro/cons then

Vs Paladin

We are trying to get 2x 2 drop and Call to Arms , Consecration can be usefull also If we got coin turn, we are keeping always Wild Pyromancer, he is perfect for cleaning all 1/1 dudes, and other stuff. 

Vs Warlock

We are trying to do some pressure early on, our first turn recruit can deal with Kobold Librarian . So again 2 drop will be usefull, as always Call to Arms and this time we are trying get Spellbreaker , we can even mulligan 2 of them. Usefull against everything, begins with Voidlord, ending with Possessed Lackey. Equality can be usefull also for giants, but we are trying to get pressure, so enemy will do adverse trades for him. As always, playing we are trying to play around Defile and Hellfire, so Blessing of Kings can be usefull also. Hard matchup for this deck but winable.

Vs Hunter

Against odd hunter is one of easiest matchups, i lost maybe 2 games vs him cause of pretty bad starting hands.This time Vicious Scalehide, same as vs odd paladin. Blessing of Kings played on him heals us for 5, and mostly he ends with 5/6 after trade, so enemy have to waste silence or him.Plated Beetle also helps us to stay healthy.

Vs Shaman

We are trying to bait Volcano, or playing around them. Silence on Doomsayer is almost free win for us, because enemy got 0/7 frozen body on board, who will absorb volcano’s damage. We are trying to pull as much damage as possible and end him before he will otk us. 

Vs Mage

Didnt played much vs them, mostly they was some tempo ones, so tried to stay as healthy as possilbe. Vs elemental one, we need win till opponent will get Frost Lich Jaina, its auto lose for us.

Vs Priest

Noticed that mostly peoples are playing now with fat dragons or/with Spiteful Summoner. We are trying to play around Duskbreaker. On mulligan we are always keeping Wild Pyromancer, so we can deal with Northshire Cleric. Equality helps us to deal with big stuff from Spiteful Summoner. 

Vs Warrior 

We are trying bait both Brawl and we are going hard in. Spawning 1/1 dude every turn helps us to stop 8/8 heropower if we are playing against quest warrior. Marin the Fox and The Lich King should give us win potencial in this matchup.

Vs Rogue

Pretty skill matchup, Sap, Spellbreaker, Vilespine Slayer counters our deck hard. We can keep Equality or Spellbreaker for Edwin VanCleef when we see that enemy got coin.

Vs Druid

Played maybe against 3 decks, they was all different so we never know what expect. Keeping Call to Arms and 2 drops is way to win.

Got hope this deck will help someone else reach legend this season or maybe in future ones 🙂
