General Mulligans

  1. Proud defender is amazing as a card to start with due to the lack of low cost minions meaning that it’s effect almost always active in the early game (with rare exceptions).
  2. Into the fray is really powerful in this deck due the deck being mostly taunts and should help you catch up in the mid game by allowing you to play buffed up taunt minions for a few turns.
  3. Armagedillo serves a similar purpose to into the fray but later on and is probably a high priority target for your opponent due to the fact that it will buff your hand significantly at the end of every one of your turns. It is one of the few cards The Curator can draw.
  • Though I’d love to try this deck, I don’t have what I need for it so, I have no idea how viable this deck actually is.
  • For card draw it has Countess Ashmore which can grab Zilliax, Bone drake, Rotten applebaum, Sludge belcher, Safeguard, Chillmaw, and Direhorn hatchling (up to 3 cards). The Curator which can grab a dragon or beast (1 of each). Wrathion who if you’re lucky can draw several cards. Battle rage also offers a lot of card draw with several damaged characters present. And finally, there’s Azure drake which is there more for the dragon synergy than card draw.
  • Assuming all of your deathrattle minions have died Nzoth fills your board with several taunts, a Bone drake, and himself (of course) which can help as a major threat for the opponent and making it really difficult for your opponent to kill you in the following turn.
  • I would have Dr. Boom in this deck but, I don’t think having it is a good idea alongside the quest.
  • As for Scourgelord Garrosh it’s only there because of the immediate impact of the weapon.
  • For example it can be used to allow your minions to finish off your opponent or just serve as an extra 4 damage to finish them of,
  • Also, if you haven’t finished your quest you can use it with battle rage for a lot of card draw or just make the most of your weapon as you proceed with your quest.
