This is probably an insane anti-aggro card. Though the requirement prevents it from being used in a tempo deck, this is an incredibly powerful neutral taunt for any control deck.
Why is this coming out at the same time Oaken Summons is rotating out? I ALWAYS drew my Ironwood Golems before the Oaken Summons. But having 4 of those instead of 2 would have actually made a difference.

Problem with this card is that it isn’t a battlecry, this forces you to not play minons while this is on the board. 2/5
This looks like a decent control card for mid game if you’ve been trading to stall for a late game strategy. Upsides over hecklebot is no chance of getting trolled by a huge minion.
Cool taunt alternative, but I’m not sure this’ll see play over Hecklebot and Omega Defender. 3/5
Reminds me also of Lone Defender, the 2/4 taunt/divine shield.
Agreed! It’s very similar in that it’s meant to be good as a defensive minion on a slower deck, rather than on an aggressive deck protecting your other minions with a more aggressive statline.
I think it’s worse than Lone Champion though, in that this guy loses his ability if you play any minions after this one. Lone Champion only needed to be alone in the moment you play him, this guy wants to be alone all the time.
