The Deadwing is not that good but sometimes see Play in very specific decks. Can Be a tech card in control warrior. It also saw Play in blizzcom 2016 in Dragon tempo warrior. The Astral Comunion deck also runned him etc. Its a pretty specific tech card but his effect is unique and powerfull. Its a neutral that can clear the full board. Not super usefull but a card you like to have in your collection

DeathWing is a very specific card that has pros and cons. The pros are obviously the full board clear and add a 12/12 body to it which is very good. You also have your cons. You discard your hand and he can easily be killed if your opponent has removal. DeathWing is good if you are about to lose and you need a final punch. You could play him in Discard Warlock which he is a pretty good card to be put in. You have some High prestess jekliks in your hand you throw down Deathwing, you get a full board clear, a 12/12, and double the amount of Jekliks, that's some value. Overall he is a pretty cool card and good to have in your collection but he is just too specific to play. If you have an open slot in your deck, you could add him in as a final finisher or last resort kind of like Yog but chances are there will be better cards to fill the spot.
