Use Plot Twist & Augmented Elekk to shuffle a good hand into your deck. If you do this with both Plot Twists & Elekks in hand you can keep repeating the combo similar to Dead Mans Hand warrior. Cards I recommend shuffling are Aranasi Broodmother for survivability, Sense Demons to draw through the mass amount of cards & it combos with Aranasi Broodmother and Fel Lord Betrug well, N'Zoth, The Corruptor to keep reviving Voidlord and Sylvanas Windrunner.
