Framebot: Great vs Paladin, Mage, Druid, Rouge especially, since 5 hp is just a lot.
Flare vs mage paladin rouge and hunter. It can be insane.
Aggro Mulligans
No need to say why? Framebot gets all the 1/1s, ooze is the usually worse 3/2 (but still good in early, duh), Monster is a random 3 drop (usually 3/3, but sometimes better or worse. Or with an effect) and scalehide is from hand deal 1...
Midrange Mulligans
As mentioned b4.
Combo Mulligans
Rat trap so your opponent gets punished for drawing too fast.
Control Mulligans
Value boys and Framebot, the constant ping.
1 Mana Deal 2 face, Lot´s of early junk, DK rex and Lich king to have a chance vs control.
