This one’s a weird one!

Not quite sure if it will work, but the idea is to survive the early game with imps and life gain taunts then cast Darkest Hour with imps on the board to pull some crazy minions from the deck.

There are a couple of combo non-bo’s with Rafaam, Da Unda, and Jepetto, but that’s partially why Plot Twist is a two-of so you can draw them before comboing off.

There are multiple paths to victory here:

1. Fiends + grim rally to aggro out

2. Fiends + Darkest Hour for value

3. Fiends + Darkest Hour for Hakkar, then Archfiend Rafaam to cancel your Corrupted Bloods

4. Control early game, then value with Jepetto, Betrug, Morrigan, etc.

Questionable card choices here include Morrigan, Undatakah, and Jepetto, but they allow for multiple game plans and an overall more grindy approach.

It’s possible that this is, really, two (or more!)  archetypes mixed into one, so future iterations might aim to be more focused one way or another.

I’ve been playing this lately too. I throw in Batterhead since his rush on a Darkest Hour is a huge asset. I also use Mountain Giants since he’s kinda your best bet for early game summons. This deck does suffer early, but you can’t add weak minions or Darkest Hour gets screwed over. You can at least usually plan for Mountain Giant turn 4-5.

Good idea, i think it can be very hard against aggro in early (murloc, secret paladdin for example), i dont understand why Dr Morrigan and Fel lord, its too late and what the point to put there cards, any combo with it? Better to put more early to survive i guess cause in late you win i guess, same for undatakah and doctor :), but i like your deck idea ^^

Definitely agree with your points. Morrigan and Fel Lord enable somewhat alternate value game plans, but they could just end up messing up the combo, as with the other cards you mentioned. Early game survival is now in the form of minions rather than spells for Warlock, so it gets a bit tough to pick other cards that don’t water down the combo as well. I imagined Fel Lord with any of the life gain minions, Hakkar, or undatakah. Morrigan was to pull life gain taunts, add to undatakah, or pull Hakkar.
Again, this might be a few decks mixed into one, but I really enjoy some of the weird interactions that come up with this deck. Thanks for the comment.

I change a part of your deck, i think its better to choose one purpose : control or aggro an you have both in your decks, so i decided to try to put it control with the win condition hakkar or just with board control, here the code of your deck modified : AAECAf0GCtsGp/cCnPgCoIAD8IYDlooDl5cDvZkDhp0D2p0DCrYHxAiq7ALy8QLF8wL1gAPZiQPalgPCmQPamwMA

Its just an example, you have the curve, taunt to survive early, lifesteal, combo elekk/plot twist for value if you need, Barista for value too but no compulsory (you can get out barista and elekk of the deck if you want), i put archibist elysiana if you are in control matchup to not get fatigue and can be a good combo with rafaam, jepetto is good to pick up hakkar and kill him when you put him on the board (to avoid a silence from your enemy), anyway what do you think about this? 🙂
