Introduction

This is a new type of deck that combine big beasts with big dragons. It uses 4 ramp cards to get these big minions early, Wild Growth and Breath of Dreams. The beat synergy spells are great Witching Hour and Predatory Instincts with only 2 beasts (4 cards) so always get the most benefit of the spells. The most important card of the deck is Archmage Vargoth though because every spells works perfectly with him. Except maybe but you need it for the early threats.

Considerations

  • Always try to get the most of Archmage Vargoth, double Breath of Dreams, double Swipe to clean the board, double Ferocious Howl for armor or double beasts spells for value. Double Embiggen is really powerful and you can pull it off the same turn you drop Archmage Vargoth, turn 4 for example.
  • Emerald Explorer is great and once I discover two more and then Ysera so it is a good source of value plus is a powerful taunt.
  • Zilliax  and Ferocious Howl are your only “healing” and you would be at the defensive for the beginning of the game so use them wisely. (Also you can do a defensive Alextrasza though)
  • If your opponent played Bad Luck Albatross think before using Predatory Instincts and don’t play the little albatross before using Witching Hour .
  • A shame that Hadronox is not in standard and also that a card like Scaleworm which benefits with dragons and it is a beast can’t be included it here. Because it is awful with the beast spells, it doesn’t even comeback with rush.
