Mulligans
General Mulligans
I think in general, Chameleos has become a keep for me. Coming from experience with Magic the Gathering, cards like Thoughtseize and Gitaxian Probe have become mainstays in the Modern format, mainly so you can better play around your opponent.
Pretty easy to tell why to keep Keleseth...
Nightmare Amalgam is interesting to say the least. more times than not, this has been my Dragon activator. This usually will stay in hand a majority of the game, until very late or lethal opportunities are presented.
Aggro Mulligans
Duskbreaker is unbelievably strong against aggro decks. If you come up against Paladin, mulligan for Duskbreaker.
Lone Champion is a strong 3 drop. Since our only realistic early play is Keleseth, the ability will trigger more times than not.
Combo Mulligans
If going against combos, Spellbreaker can help get rid of large bodies.
Control Mulligans
If the game seems like it will be slower, I feel it is safe what is arguably the best card in the deck (plus it is the namesake).
The deck is based around most common Spiteful Priest decks, but with a twist! This deck uses the new lovely Lady in White! Since I am using Lady in White, I had to cut some cards, namely Twilight Drake. With this cut, I decided to run 2 Lone Champion and 1 Primordial Drake to try and combat aggro-decks. I have seen varying success with this deck, with the deck still finding it hard to deal with aggro such as odd and even Paladin. A possible change would be Witchwood Grizzly for the Primordial Drake if aggro continues to run rampant. I hope you can enjoy the deck as much I currently do!
