It’s mainly for copying Jan’alai or a Clockwork/Kirin tor. But there are many good three drops depending on what you are facing at the time. Every day I feel that I face different decks and change accordingly.
But good three drops for more control would be: Ironbeak Owl, MC Tech, Tar creeper, and Voodoo doll.
