This is a control card not aggro card. The other invoke warrior got also a control card too.
Alot of ppl wrong if they think galakrond warrior is aggro only.

How may boardstate you can pull off ? Without all the new card, CW can boardclear at least 6 times already. I can survive 8 Nzoth from Nzoth Rogue multiple games before concede
And what kind of aggro deck cant blow off your face after turn 10 ? If you reach that far you won without playing this card anyway.
To say this is a weak card is a bit unfair to it, but clearly it is not the win con that a slow Control Warlock need to comeback

While look impressive at the first glance, this actually a weak card
Why? obviously this card for Control matchup, but if you play vs strong control deck like Warrior or Priest one, they have zillion way to remove this card and a 6/6 dragon on spot. This card is just a bunch of stats, a glorified “Ultrasaur” , nothing more
If this card’s battlecry also have ” For the rest of the game” (actually would be very smart way to replace Lord Jarraxus”) or the 6/6 dragon have “Charge” then it is a great great card. But not at its current form.

All the aggro warrior hype but imo this card even better in CW. Why? The invoke became very good board control tool early mid game that control warrior loves. They will play just the Galarond turn 7 for the insane battlecry value it provides, then switch to Dr.Boom later if needed. Vs insanse value late game that Dr.Boom cant handle, this hero actually much better

Replace Snip Snap for a Siamat to play even more proative mid late game

But I do not see how this deck can win against deck like, crazy Control Shaman in this expansion with zillion of board clear and transform effect make most of your midrange minion useless.Or the good old CW i dont think I have to mention. Even Priest with two new board clear and alot of good new early and mid gamre card can also cause you a lot of trouble . Without a burst win condition Paladin will be out valued hard in Control matchup. There is a reason why the only viable Paladin deck atm is OTK and the new cards from this expansion dont help the class in this value aspect

You need to put Holy Fire combo in to have a chance vs other control deck like Shaman or Warrior. Otherwise it is pointless to use this deck

When can we have a weapon as good as Deathbite back

It depends on what weapon warrior get this exp. If that a good weapon then this card is very good. Because it is common for oldschool control warrior to play 4 weapon which were 2 prenerf Winaxe and 2 Deathbite (before the first standard rotation) Add a Weapon Project as a anti weapon tech plus act as another weapon, I dont think the deck have any problem reaching 5 attack
In Control we can play this card as a single very consistant wincon. The Mech package cost us 1 Snip snap, 2 Omega Asembly, 2 Dyomatic and 2 Omega Devastator. So we have quite flex slot to add other package/tech you want

This kind of deck will definitely keep grindy control decks like CW in check, but raped by aggro.
So it will be rock sissor paper meta again .

Well, it is not competitive because broken DK like Jaina Rexxar or Guldan in game, because broken stuff like Cube. When all that go away Rush Warrior will be strong .
The missing piece IMHO is a class Dragon with Rush. With this kind of Dragon you can link up both Rush and Dragon archtype , create a deck capable of nice tempo, put big stats on board and lots of value and removal as well.

This card draw both Warrior weapons (4 of them) and its rush minion(maybe 4 too). Insane in the new CW deck, and CW lack a good 7 drop forever too lol
