Mulligans
General Mulligans
Springpaw is too good of a card to pass up on. It also synergizes really well in this deck.
Stampede provides a lot more card draw for the cost than any other card, especially in this deck.
Timber Wolf IS THE UNDER DOG in this deck. It has amazing synergy here.
Headhunter's Hatchet is also simply too good to pass up on. The Battlecry is extremely easy to use here.
Revenge of the Wild can give so much value when used at the right time.
Animal Companion considered not using it, but I am VERY glad that I decided to. It is amazing, and everything it provides works really well with this deck.
Spirit of the Lynx synergizes very well with this deck. It is situational, and you do not want to hold it on the first hand, but when used in the right time it is wonderful. It's relatively easy to use it optimally in this deck!
Violet Wurm is a decent card with decent stats, whose Deathrattle synergizes with the rest of the deck.
The idea of this deck is to summon as many beasts as possible, and buff them. A lot of the cards synergize nicely to get this done. Then go face as much as possible and execute with Kill Commands if needed.
Hunter
You have a lot of summons through the Springpaw, Hunting Mastiff, Revenge of the Wild, Unleash the Hounds, and even through the Deathrattles of Savannah Highmane and Violet Wurm and lastly through the Deathstalker Rexxar .
Those cards will provide a lot of value. You will further piggy back on that value and buff them with cards like Timber Wolf which is a huge underdog, Crackling Razormaw, Spirit of the Lynx and Dire Frenzy . These will serve as your main sources of buffs. You can also get buffs through Animal Companion. Even if you don’t everything that Animal Companion has to offer is very useful in this deck. It will add buffing potential, face potential, and some needed board control potential.
To make sure you make it throughout the progression of the game, the deck is designed to flow flawlessly. It has some card draw through Stampede whichsynergies very nicely with a lot of other cards on the deck. Cards like Hunter's Mark, Headhunter's Hatchet, Stoneskin Basilisk and even Knife Juggler will provide you with that much needed board control/ability to continue to go face. I would not be shy in using Headhunter’s Hatchet after using its Battlecry (very easy to get this). Just go face with it. Only hold it at 1 durability incase you have to clear with it. Remember you want to get the enemy as low as possible to them execute them with your beasts, or with Kill Command !!
Scavenging Hyena is a really nice addition to the deck and synergizes very well with it. Tundra Rhino can come in very clutch with Unleash the Hounds.
If there is any card you can really afford to drop it would be the Knife Juggler. If you find that you need more card draw, I HIGHLY recommend a Master's Call or Cult Master If you need more on the defensive line, try a second Stoneskin Basilisk.
I spent close to 2 hours theory crafting and this was the result. Have fun!
