Book of Scepters feels like a dead card in my hand most of the time, because either I have fewer cards in deck than my oponent and want to delay fatigue or I have the best spells still in the deck and don't wanna risk discarding them, if not both. Making it work with Luna's pocket galaxy seems to be too slow to consider as well. Maybe swapping it for Polymorph, fireball, blast wave or rolling fireball gives better results?
