Lord Godfrey -less midrange warlock, with a focus on dealing with early game pressure while trying to mill combo cards either early or later in the game depending on the opposing deck’s speed.
I’m currently running Harrison Jones instead of Godfrey, not for the card draw, but to destroy any opposing weapons that the opponent may have, like Aluneth for example. Destroying a weapon like that, for instance, I think is more valuable than just providing more board clears, which this deck is meant to specialize in. However, I realize that Godfrey is a very powerful card, so I supplemented it with more removal (Spirit Bomb), board presence (Mind Control Tech), and flexibility (Zola the Gorgon).
