General Mulligans
Kobold Librarian is only mulliganed for when you don't already have DOC. (Deck of Chaos) Only mulligan for Free Admission when you already do have DOC. Plot twist for Finding DOC and completing quest. The rod works extremely well with the plot twist.
EX: 9 cards in hand rod already out, play plot twist, get eight card hand reduced by 2
The goal of the deck is to play Deck of Chaos and make big board with Glinda Crowskin’s echo ability, Hir’eek, etc. This deck uses plot twist, which is why we have the quest, and it also uses Sir finley to find the Deck of Chaos.
