You’re getting Proud Defender confused with Belligerent Gnome. Its attack buff doesn’t trigger off the number of enemy minions, it triggers off being the only friendly minion.

If you play this with Augmented Elekk do you get two copies of every card in your hand? If so then this is absolutely nuts. You can use it to fish for board clears against aggro, or you use it to go infinite against control. I think this is going to be the basis of a new Fatigue Warlock archetype, just like Dead Man’s Hand created a new type of Warrior deck.

Reminds me of Flash of Light from the previous expansion. Nothing spectacular, but a really solid card that will almost certainly see play.

I started playing in Witchwood and only ever bought 10 packs of each of these sets. Guess I’ll just keep losing until someone disconnects to get my free pack :/

I’m struggling to see how this could work consistently. Looks like a meme card designed for highlights on youtube, not for actual competitive decks.

This good for Immortal Prelate, probably bad for everything else.

This might not be a powerful card on its own, but so far both of the priest cards revealed have scaled off the attack power of enemy minions. If we see any more reveals which have synergy with this then it could be the basis of a new type of control priest.

I’m f2p, started playing when Witchwood came out, and I play this deck without Uther. It might not be as good, but I think it’s still a strong deck. There’s not many druids or odd warriors on the ladder.

I never win these types of competition, but I live in hope!

Can’t wait to try this out in deathrattle rogue. On turn 10 you could play this, Preparation and Necrium Vial to fill your board with Devilsaurs and Mechanical Dragons.

Cloning the opponent’s deck, using Spirit of the Dead to shuffle copies of dead minions into your own deck, a couple of cards that generate minions in your hand… None of these are good options. Talanji will be good for highlight reels on youtube, but she won’t be part of a competitive deck.

I can imagine Hadronox druids running 1 copy of this so they can pull out their win condition more consistently. Other than that, I don’t think this will see play.

When I read this text I instinctively looked down to see if I had Spellbreaker in my hand, then realised I’m not actually playing Hearthstone right now.

I’m already imagining the possibilities for Hopper Rogue. Turn 3 Elekk, turn 4 pogo hopper, lab recruiter, shadowstep, lab recruiter. I don’t care if Hopper Rogue is competitive, I’m playing that deck.
