The effect is cool and the card is flavorful, but it feels too expensive.

This list is SUPER fun! I thought it might be too greedy at first but man oh man does it work. I ended a few games vs Paladin at like 3 health and 3 armor. Barnes and Bright-Eyed Scout are both super high-rolly, but when they work they WORK. I had a late game where I played Bright-eyed Scout into a 5 cost Oakheart. Felt super great haha

Aggro decks already have a poor matchup against Control warlock lol

I now want to play a weird hybrid Elemental Dragon mage and Pirate Dragon warrior xD too bad those will probably only work in wild. Oh well.

Is this what shaman needs to be good again? Probably not. Random effects just don’t offer enough consistency. Right now the only thing I’m thinking of that might run this is Elemental Control Shaman, but will it give you enough value? I dunno.

Probably, you play Naga + this and then have echoed giants on turn 10. Will it be better then Naga and Loatheb on turn 10? Depends. Could be interesting

Even in a Big EZ deck I don’t really see what this does. Against Aggro its just too slow, and against control its a dead card.

Imagine if they actually went through with the Ghost keyword… Quest Warlock might have actually been okay

Imo its no weirder then Warlock having Bloodreaver and Jaraxxus

You still have Sap and Vanish to push through massive Voidlord boards. It’s not the best for laddering though lol

I’ve tried versions of this with the Quest, but I never considered that thanks to the Twig you could eschew the quest altogether and still make it work in Standard. Mad respect to Makki91
