I’ve been playing even spell healadin recently. Nozari is not the support that it needs. it either needs a second pay off, self damage that isn’t a weapon, or a spell that heals minions. light forged blessing is a good pickup, and a third ring the bells/blessing of kings/spikeriged steed wouldn’t go astray.

Firstly. the minion copied must have a death rattle.
Secondly, the aim is to get twice the effect off by paying 2 mana.
One (bad) example would be playing mechanical welp, and shadowy figure that to get 2 7/7 minions next turn.

I don’t think that the support for lightforged blessing is obvious. Also, we don’t quite know how twinspell plays…

I don’t see how this is win more? Life gain effects slow down more aggressive decks.
Also, there will be a lifegain payoff in standard, and a spell payoff too.
As for the cost, I think 2 feels high, but echo cards are about as steep, and I think that the mechanics are fairly similar.

This isn’t handbuff. It’s either a tutor with upside or deckbuff.

I think the bigger issue is that we have a few too many good 3 mana spells. If we run frog spirit do we need to run avalanche?

Tess should’ve gotten spiky hair to go with the rest of team -zombies- Spiky Hair!

But at least there’s synergy between her, Spirit of Sonya Shadowdancer, and Bwonsamdi’s Unstable element.

I’m not convinced that hadronox is the best card to tutor, grizzled and verdant longneck seem like better choices, though they don’t witching hour well.

We still need to see more of the expansion before we can say what the (hopefully aggro) druid needs.
Though if you want a strong capstone for your aggro I don’t think those are it either?

It feels like they’re trying to compete with a certain other card game who’s current sets are in a city with guild teams that have strong loyalty from their fans…

let’s ignore that a spirit lasts 2 or more turns and look at what 1 turn gets you

in combo cards:
6 mana vancleff
8 mana sprint that tutors
9 mans 8/3 with stealth 1 turn

in battle cries:
6 mana forge of souls
8 mana to fill your deck with spiders

and there’s a decent amount of buffing or tutoring battle cries…

Do we have confirmation on that? The wording is ambiguous.

That being said, it may only matter in wild at the moment, as the standard combo spells say “instead” or “return this to hand next turn”…?
