General Mulligans
In general you want to mulligan aggressively for plot twist and save it to enable combos.
Aggro Mulligans
Hellfire is a must keep vs aggro decks, as is Doomsayer. Doll master + Plot twist gives you access to healing and potential answers you don't have in your hand and only costs 7 mana to pull off . Other cards are just good to have in opening for this deck, removal for aggro.
