Anything that helps the early game is good to keep due to priest's weak early game. Taunts such as convincing infiltrator are good against aggro matchups.
Resurrect Priest fine tuned for the meta. Injured blademasters for an early game drop. Batterhead is really useful againts token druid especially when resurrected. Mass dispell againts druid. Alexstrasza as a finisher
