Amethyst Spellstone can be upgraded with Kobold Librarian, Hellfire and some cards created by Dark Peddler.

You can heal yourself with Amethyst Spellstone, Drain Soul and by drawing Aranasi Broodmother.

Aranasi Broodmother can be drawn regularily with Sense Demons and/or Plot Twist.

Evil Genius gives filler cards, which make Mountain Giant cheaper and can be shuffled back with Plot Twist to make your hand have better cards.

Rafaam and Renounce Darknesses are to make the deck fun.
