This is all speculation:
The idea of this deck is to counter whatever fast decks may be up and running when the meta begins with the 2 different life steal minions while at the same time getting tempo and being able to have Galvadon by turn 5 or 6 to finish off your opponent. Cards like Scaleworm and Vicious Scale-hide to provide for tempo swings and Lynessa and swamp dragon egg for value.
