General Mulligans
Cheap minions = Good. Khadgar would work as although most of the deck is built around him so we necessarily don't have to rely on him for value from these cards. Khadgar+Summon a minion would give us great tempo.
This is a theorycraft deck for maximizing Khadgar’s utility. Most spells and minions focus on generating additional minions so even a single card played alongside Khadgar would give great tempo. Polymorph for single target removal, Blizzard and Flamestrike for AOE. Kalecgos for endgame.
Synergies:
i) All minions have strong battlecries/on play effects so Jepetto works with every minion in the deck.
ii) For a similar reason, Conjurer’s calling is also a very strong card in the deck. Especially with Former champ, Astromancer and Janalai.
iii) Khadgar + Janalai = Lot of dead insects.
iv) Barring Polymorph and Conjurers calling, all spells synergize with Vargoth.
v) Khadgar + Power of creation = Instant board control.
vi) Mana cyclone + Magic trick for instant value.
