Ok, here me out, Cannon Barrage is meant for Patches. First, Copy Patches as much as possible. Then, Equip Waggle Pick and play Corsair. Then after all the Patches are summoned. Prep into a double Cannon Barrage for the ultimate 48 spread damage. OTK probability? High percent.
