So you stall until you have drawn your whole deck. Then you play Glinda Crowskin + Baleful Banker and use the hero power to make her cost 0. Next Turn you play the 0 cost Glinda Crowskin and play 6x the echo version of Mogu Cultist you Grim Rally  the Glinda Crowskin and play your second real Mogu Cultist After the animation you can use the second Baleful Banker to put another copy of Highkeeper Ra into your deck. You dont have the mana to draw him with your hero power though.
