Fallen Hero carries a solid stat line to contest most 1 or 2 cost minions. There's two in the deck so you can fearlessly send one in, but idealy it sticks, you deal 2 damage to their minion, and play an additional 2 cost card.

Frost Bolt clears an early board state.

Cosmic Anomaly is a ready turn 4 play in hand.

Emissary is good to quickly buff an Arcane Explosion or for your Unexpected Results.

Unexpected Results is a strong tempo play if you have active spell damage buffs.

This deck isn’t meant to climb in wild format but just make for an interesting game. I think even though it makes the deck wild, the TGT and other rotated out sets add to the fun. There’s a general theme of establishing fair board presence while having an arsenal of spells to control theirs.

Even decks’ primary motive is to play cards every turn but sustain value and retain cards in hand by squeezing in that hero power every odd turn. I included cards to synergize with the hero power you’ll definitely use like Fallen Hero, Ice Walker, and Dalaran Aspirant.

There’s a prevalent feature of spell damage on your minions to buff the lower cost spells you’ll be targeting their minions with. As you reach midgame the goal is to use Cosmic Anomaly, Dalaran Aspirant, and Celestial Emissary to buff your spells enabling them to swing the game in your favor.

To curve off on off turns you have your hero power, but Rhonin and Flame Geyser give you additional options and synergize with the spell damage buffs.

Some less directly synergistic inclusions are Archmage Aragul and Faceless Summoner. I include Aragul in hopes that the lower cost card draw and control options in the deck allow him to stick and let you make copies of valuable minions like Celestial Emissary, Cosmic Anomaly, Rhonin, all depending on the same state. Faceless Summoner carries a similar effect to Unexpected Results that summons two minions off a single card, giving a solid turn 6 play without other resources in play already.

I’ll reiterate, this is my idea of fun and making use of unpopular cards. With some work, it could reach some high ranks.
