Elemental evocation is broken, that’s all you need to know. Cheat out an elemental for a huge burst turn or use it with cyclone to refill your hand.

There is probably a more value oriented list that uses Tome of Intellect and Archmage Antonidas or maybe a list that takes advantage of the amount of spells with Mana Wyrm and Magic Dart Frog .
